Process
How a cleanout is estimated and scheduled
Send photos
Pictures of each space give us a first sense of volume.
Estimate
Based on volume, stairs, access and what's being removed. Some jobs need a visit.
Schedule
We agree on a date and what stays versus what goes.
Cleanout
The crew loads and removes items and does a basic sweep of cleared spaces.
Before we arrive
- Mark or set aside anything you're keeping
- Remove valuables, documents and medications
- Tell us about stairs, parking limits and how far the truck can get from the door
- Tell us about any items we may not be able to take
When the work is done
We walk the cleared spaces with you and confirm nothing that should have stayed went on the truck.
Photos and paperwork from the job are kept with your job record.
Cost and timing
What affects your price
We don’t post prices, because two houses on the same street can need very different work. Your estimate is built from these factors.
Volume
How much needs to go, usually measured by truckload.
Stairs and distance
Carrying from attics, basements or long walks to the truck takes more time.
Parking and access
Narrow streets or no driveway can affect the crew and truck size.
Item types
Heavy items and things that need special disposal affect the price.
Timing
Scheduling depends on job size and crew availability. Large whole-house jobs may take more than one day.
