Our process

How a job works with Helios

Six steps from your first call to the follow-up. A recurring cleaning visit and a permitted solar installation don’t need the same steps, so the table below shows how it changes by service.

Step by step

From first call to follow-up

  1. Tell us what you need

Call, text or use the form. Pick every service that applies, and add photos if you can.

  2. We review it and arrange an assessment

The office reviews your request and sets up a visit when the job needs one. Some jobs can be priced from photos.

  3. You get a clear scope and estimate

What’s included, what isn’t, and the price, in writing.

  4. We coordinate scheduling and preparation

Dates, deliveries, permits where needed, and anything you need to do beforehand.

  5. The assigned team does the work

Helios technicians or approved subcontractors follow the job’s checklist and document progress with photos.

  6. We review, wrap up and follow up

Completed work is reviewed, open items are handled, then billing and a follow-up check-in.
